Based on his hair style and his race (in that order), I strongly believe that this suspect is guilty of this crime.
Olathe police said early Sunday evening that they had “located and contacted” 18-year-old Matthew “MattMatt” Bibee Jr. , who they’d earlier said was “a person of interest” in the Friday afternoon slaying of 17-year-old Rowan Padgett of Overland Park.
Police found Padgett suffering from a gunshot wound when they responded to a disturbance call shortly before 5 p.m. in the 12300 block of South Mullen. He died at the scene.
According to his LinkedIn site, Padgett attended Olathe East High School.
