Welp, another white man killed in the dark by two floating pairs of eyes.
Two suspects are being sought in a home invasion that resulted in the shooting death of a Cade man on Saturday.
According to a release from the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a reported shooting shortly after 4 a.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Vieux Jacquet Road near Cade.
Deputies found a man, later identified as 23-year-old Justin Primeaux of Cade, who had suffered a single gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment where he later died of his injuries.
Investigators determined that the shooting was the result of a home invasion, according to the release.
Two suspects are being sought in the incident. They are described as two short, stocky black males and wearing black bandanas.
